Scope: (Tīrou) seeks to provide a platform for new and emerging kairangahau to publish ontopics of importance to hapū, iwi, Māori and to our communities. Each issue attends to abroad theme with this year’s theme, “tino tangatiratanga. Co-published by Otago Polytechnic Press and General Editions.
